Important Update To Microsoft 365 Payment Terms

Dear Valued Customer,

We want to inform you of an important update regarding payment terms for Microsoft 365 subscriptions managed through iSupport.

Due to repeated late payments by customers, Microsoft has implemented stricter enforcement of their payment policies for resellers like iSupport. As a result, the following regulations now directly impact all Microsoft 365 users:

1. 30-Day Grace Period:

After a subscription payment is due, Microsoft provides a 30-day grace period during which services remain accessible.

2. Service Suspension After 30 Days:

If payment is not resolved within the grace period, the account will be placed in a “disabled state,” and access to Microsoft 365 services (email, Office apps, OneDrive, etc.) will be suspended.

3. Potential Data Deletion After 90 Days:

Should payment remain outstanding beyond approximately 90 days, Microsoft may begin the process of permanently deleting account data.

Unfortunately, this policy affects all our customers, as late payments disrupt our ability to maintain smooth operations with Microsoft. To prevent any inconvenience or risk of service disruption, we kindly request that all future payments be made promptly. This ensures your account remains active and avoids unnecessary complications.

We value your understanding and cooperation. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,

iSupport
